A first subclass 462 visa can involve government support, functional English, education and country-cap requirements, depending on the applicant's passport country.
For a first Work and Holiday visa, some applicants may need evidence of government support from their country. Functional English and minimum education requirements can also apply.
Annual visa limits may restrict places for some participating countries. A second 462 visa has different rules and, in this policy version, did not require the same government support evidence.
