Short answer
You need to show genuine access to enough funds and adequate health insurance for your intended stay in Australia.
Financial evidence needs to show that the money is genuinely available to support the student guardian and the nominating student while in Australia. Business accounts, transferred funds and support from other people may need extra documents showing access and commitment.
Health insurance can include Overseas Visitors Health Cover or another insurance product if it gives adequate cover. Visa rule 8501 requires 590 visa holders to maintain adequate health insurance.
