The subclass 100 visa is the permanent stage connected to the offshore subclass 309 Partner visa pathway.
If you hold a subclass 820 Partner visa, subclass 100 is not the permanent stage for that pathway. The onshore pathway uses subclass 801 instead.
Some dependent child situations can involve subclass 445 before subclass 100 can be approved.
